Meet Dr. Ali Al Chami

Dr. Ali Al Chami is a highly experienced Obstetrician, Gynecologist, and IVF Specialist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and couples on their fertility journey. He has recently joined Fakih IVF Clinic in Beirut, bringing with him extensive international expertise and a deeply patient-centered approach to care.

Dr. Al Chami specializes in treating complex fertility challenges, including recurrent implantation failure, recurrent miscarriage, PCOS, endometriosis, reproductive immunology, unexplained infertility and male infertility. He also has advanced expertise in hysteroscopy, reproductive surgery, and personalized IVF treatment, always focusing on finding the right solution for each patient’s unique situation.

After completing his specialty in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the AUBMC he moved to London and spent more than 15 years, working in some of the UK’s most respected fertility clinics, including his role as Deputy Medical Director at CRGH City. He also served as UK Medical Director of Avenues IVF clinic, the first AI-supported fertility clinic in London, where innovative technologies are used to improve treatment planning and success rates. He completed a Fellowship in Infertility at University College London Hospitals (UCLH) and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FRCOG).

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Al Chami has published research on unexplained infertility, PCOS, reproductive immunology, and the role of artificial intelligence in fertility care.
